I can't sign in to the WrestleRef app. What should I do?

WrestleRef is a business-to-business app. Accounts are created and managed by your wrestling association's administrator. If you don't have an account yet, contact your association admin and ask them to invite you. If you have an account but can't sign in, email support@wrestleflow.com with your registered email address and we'll help you reset your password.

How do I sign up for WrestleRef as a new association?

If you're a wrestling association administrator interested in WrestleRef, email support@wrestleflow.com to get set up. We'll provision your tenant, create your admin account, and walk you through onboarding your referees and coaches.

Where can I view my assignments?

Once you sign in as a referee, your assignments appear on the home screen of the app. Tap an assignment to see event details, venue, and confirm your attendance.

How do I update my availability?

Sign in, open the Availability page from the menu, and select the dates you are or aren't available. Your head assigner sees your availability in real time.

I'm getting push notifications for events I didn't ask for.

Open the app's Notifications settings to adjust which events you receive alerts for. You can also disable push notifications entirely in iOS Settings → WrestleRef → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

Send an account deletion request to support@wrestleflow.com from the email address on file. We will permanently delete your account and personal data within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

I'm a coach, where do I see my team's referee assignments?

Coaches see referee assignments on each event's detail page. You can also message your assigned referees directly from the event detail in the app.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Email support@wrestleflow.com with the subject line "Bug report" or "Feature request." Please include screenshots or steps to reproduce when possible.
