These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WrestleFlow ("the Service"), operated by John Shoufler ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have a parent/guardian create one for you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We offer self-serve password reset by email. A reset link sent to your registered address grants access to your account for up to 1 hour. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure; anyone with access to your inbox during that window can use the link to reset your WrestleFlow password. If you did not request a password reset, contact us immediately at lovsvettes@gmail.com.

If you act as a bus driver, the app collects your device GPS location while a trip is active and shares it with authorized parents and coaches of your team. You are responsible for: (a) only starting trips when you are authorized to drive for that team, (b) ending trips promptly when they conclude, and (c) following all applicable traffic and child-safety laws while operating the vehicle.
WrestleFlow may offer subscription tiers in the future. Any paid features will be clearly labeled, and subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly via Stripe depending on platform. You can manage subscriptions through your app store account.
You retain ownership of any content (rosters, photos, messages, documents) you upload. By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you and your team/association.
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to that policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of data, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD if you have not paid for the Service.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data may be retained for a reasonable period for backup, audit, or legal compliance purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app and emailed to active users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
